Knock down rebuild on the Mornington Peninsula
A knock down rebuild gives you the opportunity to stay in the Peninsula location you love while upgrading to a home designed for today. Many of our clients replace older beach houses with modern, energy-efficient designs that are easier to maintain and better suited to entertaining family and friends.
If you are thinking of downsizing, a knock down rebuild is also an excellent option. We can create a smaller, low-maintenance coastal retreat that still captures the relaxed luxury of Peninsula living.
Building on Sloping & Clifftop Sites
Design expertise for complex terrain
Many Peninsula blocks are elevated or sloping, with potential for dramatic views. Our architects specialise in designing homes that step with the slope, opening up living spaces to ocean or bay views while ensuring practical access and outdoor connections.
