Our approach

Encompassing the breath-taking ocean views was key to this modern architectural design. Clever use of angles allowed us to accommodate council overlook requirements and take advantage of the stunning vista.

Reverse living and dining  share space on the upper level with a chefs kitchen and formal sitting room. On the mezzanine a grand study has a picture perfect view over the bluff.
