Our Kew East Luxury Residence

The design concept for Henry and Allison’s home exudes luxury and quality, privacy and natural light were key considerations in the home’s design. Slimline vertical battens are used on the north facing street frontage to maintain privacy without compromising on the abundance of natural light that fills the home.

The expansive open-plan kitchen dining and living area, has been designed to be bathed in natural light through strategically placed windows and overlooks the alfresco area. This space seamlessly flows into a beautifully landscaped courtyard pool and entertaining area creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor connection.

The entertaining areas are meticulously positioned to capture breathtaking sunset views, enhancing the ambiance during gatherings. Whether it’s an intimate dinner party or a large celebration, the house provides an ideal setting with its sophisticated layout and thoughtful design.

The interior of the home boasts high-end finishes and luxurious details throughout. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a split-level entry that exudes elegance and sophistication. The formal living room is access through an arched feature door of steel and fluted glass. The guest bedroom & powder, conveniently located near the pool area, offers visitors a luxurious retreat with easy access to the home’s outdoor amenities.

The master suite, situated at the back of the house, provides a private sanctuary for Henry and Allison. This suite includes a secluded courtyard, with easy access to a sauna room, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet moment away from the hustle and bustle of family life. A rumpus room provides the perfect space for their three teenagers to entertain and overlooks the pool area from the rear.
