The brief

Set atop a rise in East Ivanhoe this home has views to the city and dandenongs that our clients wanted to maximise,

They requested a modern compact luxury home for their growing family. Being big entertainers they wanted standout areas for entertaining.

Our Approach

Recently completed this luxury custom built residence features impressive glazing to capture the views and a large circular rooftop deck for entertaining. Accessed by a stylish curved staircase this space is sure to be a favourite of the family & guests.
Our client is a keen cook and Greek food features heavily in their so a large outdoor barbeque area was important. Easily accessed from the large kitchen the alfresco and pool area acts as an extension of the living and dining space.
