This project involves the internal reconfiguration of a heritage‑affected home to better support modern living while retaining its existing street presence. The brief focused on improving functionality, natural light and comfort, alongside resolving structural and weather‑proofing issues. The clients sought a relaxed, understated interior with subtle moments of impact rather than overt architectural statements.

Our approach

Working within heritage constraints, the design reimagines the internal layout to improve flow, usability and connection to light, particularly at the rear of the home. Carefully considered interventions enhance performance while respecting the original fabric of the house. A restrained material palette supports a calm, cohesive interior, resulting in a renovation that feels both contemporary and contextually grounded.
