The extreme slope of the site became an asset rather than an obstacle. Our architects employed innovative massing and terracing techniques to create distinct living and sleeping zones. The setback upper storey not only enhances the visual appeal but also ensures privacy for the family rumpus and bedroom suites. Full-height glazing floods the home with natural light and opens the home to the breathtaking views.

Our approach

Designed with multiple entertainment areas, this home is perfect for hosting gatherings. It features a dedicated cinema room, a north-facing covered deck, and an open alfresco area that seamlessly connects to the terraced garden and spa, providing a variety of spaces for relaxation and fun.
