The brief

Making the most of the large difficult shaped block was key for our clients. The requested a home for themselves that allowed for them to downsize and age comfortably in the area that they loved.

Our approach

Creating three architectural residences that maintain the character of the area was key to this design. Set on an awkward block we carefully arranged the three homes to allow for privacy and space.

The primary residence has been designed to allow our clients to age-in-place maintaining their independence in a home that accommodates their changing needs.
