Our project brief for this family of 5 was to design a home of understated traditional elegance that is light, bright and airy and has a high focus on allergy and asthma friendly building materials. The challenge lay with facilitating every thing the client wanted within the constraints of this narrow block site at only 9.9m wide

Just completed, our brief was to demolish the existing home and make way for 2 well-appointed architect designed dual occupancy homes focusing on quality design with broad market appeal to maximise resale or rental return. The challenge was making both narrow block homes, feel inviting, light filled and airy.
